Lifetime HOA Management is expanding across Southern California, and we're hiring an experienced Community Association Manager to own a portfolio and help shape our growth. We're not the biggest firm in Orange County, and that's the point. You'll be working directly with the owners and the executive team to manage our new accounts in Orange County. What you'll do Think of yourself as the business manager for a neighborhood. You'll work alongside our existing Community Management team to: Build relationships with HOA board members and homeowners Lead board meetings and turn decisions into action Manage community budgets and financials Coordinate landscapers, contractors, and other vendors Oversee projects and keep vendors accountable Visit communities and identify issues that need attention Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups What we're looking for Experience in property management, client services, customer success, operations, hospitality, or customer service can translate extremely well to this role. We're looking for someone who: Communicates well Stays organized Can manage multiple projects at once Is confident in person No HOA background? That's okay. You'll receive training and work alongside experienced Community Managers as you learn the industry.
