Shipping & Receiving / Stand-Up Forklift Operator (Bilingual English & Spanish)
Location: Katy, TX 77494 — Near I-10 / Katy Freeway and Highway Boulevard
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

We are hiring an experienced Bilingual Warehouse Associate for a company specializing in energy-efficient LED lighting solutions. This position supports order fulfillment, shipping, and daily warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
Operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, stand-up forklifts, and order pickers safely.
Pick, verify, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Process FedEx shipments and coordinate LTL freight.
Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory accuracy.
Communicate professionally with customers, carriers, and team members through email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and follow safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
Experience operating reach trucks, cherry pickers, stand-up forklifts, and order pickers .
Experience with order picking, shipping, FedEx, and LTL freight .
Bilingual in English and Spanish .
Comfortable using email and Microsoft Teams.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and professional communication skills.
Dependable attendance and the ability to work independently and with a team.
Qualifications
Inventory control and receiving experience.
Warehouse management system (WMS) experience is a plus. WMS training is available for the right candidate.
