The core responsibilities of this role include: Powered Industrial Truck Order Picker Reach Truck Sit-down Forklift Electric Pallet Jack Safety MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Classroom Facilitator.
Position: First (1st) Shift Trainer
Shift: 7:00am-3:00pm Monday - Friday. Some OT may be required.
Pay: $21.35
In addition to the general job description below the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:
-A Certified PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Trainer is strongly preferred but will train the ideal candidate.
-At least 6 months experience with a WMS such as JDA Blue Yonder SAP Manhattan etc. is a MUST!
-MUST have a minimum of one (1) years experience safely operating the following: Order (Cherry) Picker Reach Truck Sit-down Electric Pallet Jack.
-MUST have one (1) years experience within a supply chain logistics warehouse distribution environment within multiple departments to include: Inbound Outbound Inventory Order Replenishment. Returns.
-Excellent Computer literacy experience with spreadsheets and the ability to present effectively in a group setting.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead and train others in large groups of 20-30.
-Experience within a safety department committee and/or additional safety related training is highly preferred.
